 Marina’s earlier career encompassed Change, Finance and Operations roles in industry and in multi sector Management Consultancy projects on strategy and change.  For the last 20 years, her niche is in Leadership and Management development, psychometric assessment, Organisational Development and Executive Coaching.

Her interests span many aspects of professional development and cultures; she loves to explore new perspectives and make connections between them.  She also combines Consultancy and Coaching with a role in Executive Education as a Programme Director and Educator on International MBA Programmes.
