From a teenage passion for neuroscience, I went to be hooked on psychology in the pursuit of understanding the human brain and mind. My mission became to create safe environments for people to embrace their power to co-create the change they want to see in their work, life, team, company and world. Facilitating workshops and coaching are my favourite tools to this end.
Focusing on the people side of change I’ve got to work in many industries, from pharma to transport, from oil & gas to education, from law to (health)care, from accounting to NGOs. My work usually entails one of these three core challenges: organisational change, leadership development and/or adopting a circular mindset and way of working. To each project I bring my experience in building human connections as well as inviting people to go deeper and for systemic change (where possible).
