
With over 15 years' experience as a Chartered Coaching & Occupational Psychologist - holding dual Chartership with the British Psychological Society and registered with the UK Health & Care Professions Council - Jayne has scoped, designed, delivered and evaluated change initiatives for clients across different sectors and sizes, including the Premier League, Fitch Group, Subsea7, Gap Group, and Thermo Fisher Scientific. Her passion lies in energising and supporting people in the workplace to unlock their potential through evidence-based approaches to behavioural change that deliver lasting organisational impact.
Jayne's core expertise spans organisational development and change, culture transformation, leadership development, team development, and workplace wellbeing. Her approach combines scientific rigour with practical application, constructively challenging individuals, teams, and organisations to identify limiting habits and develop sustainable new mindsets and behaviours.
Jayne is currently completing doctoral research in senior leadership coaching during times of organisational change with Northumbria University - continuing to feed her love of learning, curiosity for research, and commitment to bringing the best evidence-based thinking into her work with clients.
