
Emma has particular interest and expertise in; the work-life equation, employee well-being, leadership, organisational culture and change management. Her coaching work focusses on the intersection of work ambition with broader life priorities and demands. She supports workplaces and individuals to reflecton the unique opportunities within the challenges of our ever-changing global context.
Alongside her 1:1 coaching with individuals navigating change and career transitions, Emma is an experienced facilitator, delivering events and workshops - from 100s participating at a time to more intimate group coaching of 10.
Across a range of associate work, Emma supports employers and employees with models and solutions for healthier communication and work-life integration: creating content, facilitating virtual and in-person workshops, providing 1:1 and group coaching plus consulting on Diversity, Equity & Inclusion strategies.
Emma is a parent of three and brings her own personal insights for managing work and life today.Her work pattern has been agile for most of her career; practising hybrid well before the pandemic.
Committed to lifelong learning (and unlearning), Emma holds a Certificate in Coaching (IAPD)and membership of the Association for Coaching (AC). She is an accredited Leadership & ParentTransition coach (ILM), a qualified Insights DiscoveryÒ Practitioner, and certified in RocheMartin'sEmotional Intelligence ECR & ECR 360 Method. She holds an MA from the School of Oriental and African Studies (SOAS), University of London. Her Master’s dissertation drew on her early career experience and work with The British Council inNairobi and Johannesburg.
