ChangingPoint are very supportive of PSYBT. The organisation helps to transform business performance through focusing on the people aspects of change implementation. The Personal Impact Leadership Programme is one of the programmes that ChangingPoint delivers and it aims to change habits, attitude and behaviour resulting in Leadership development and the creation of new professional habits.
PSYBT staff have benefited from the programme and Sharita Padaruth, PSYBT Argyll & Dunbartonshire Regional Manager, recently completed this course. She said “The Personal Impact Leadership programme really pushed me to step outside of my comfort zone. We undertook individual and group exercises at every session and were encouraged to feedback on how we had implemented certain ‘change initiatives’ to better our Leadership style. It was a challenging programme, however it has pushed me to become a better leader”.
