Discovery Evaluator
The Discovery Evaluator will explore your preferred communication, thinking and behavioural style.
The Evaluator should take no more than 15 minutes to complete and from this we will generate your own individual Discovery Report.
This Report will increase:
- awareness of your own preferred communication, thinking and behavioural style.
- awareness of how others are likely to see you/ experience interactions with you.
Advice:
Filling in the answers with minimal thinking is best. Sometimes the temptation is to question the process, the meaning or the context and try to get it 'right' – there are, however, no right or wrong answers.
When you are asked for the referral code please enter the code provided by ChangingPoint for your organisation.
When you have finished, click the submit button and you will receive an email to confirm that your report has been received for processing.

3600 Feedback
The 3600 feedback process helps to highlight individual development needs as well as current leadership challenges.
The process involves the individual, his/her line manager and a number of peers, direct reports &/or external customers, completing a short online questionnaire relating to the individual's current leadership/management. The whole process is anonymous and the consolidated 3600 feedback report that we generate is then discussed in depth with the individual on a 1:1 basis with an experienced ChangingPoint coach.
3600 degree feedback:
- increases the individual's self awareness by learning how colleagues see them
- provides the individual with information about perceived skills, performance and working relationships
- allows the individual to take feedback less personally
